Case Reports Spontaneously Closed Ventricular Septal Defect Accompanied by Bicuspid Stenotic Aortic Valve

The septal leaflet of the tricuspid valve covering a perimembranous ventricular septal defect (VSD) forms a saclike structure that adheres to the margins of defects. A case with bicuspid aortic valve, valvular aortic stenosis, and malalignment VSD which showed an angiographically irregular cauliflowerlike sac of interventricular septum was reported along with a review of the literature.
