Cor triatriatum is a rare anomaly. We operated on one male, two female patients, aged 17, 18 and 38 with a diagnosis of cor triatriatum, a wide atrial septal defect, existed in one patient whereas in two patients atrial septum was intact. In two patients right atrial and in one patient left atrial approaches were preferred. Concomitant mitral valve repair was performed in one patient with mitral regurgitation. All patients had pulmonary hypertension. There was no early or late mortality and morbidity. (Türk Kardiyol Dern Arş 2004; 32:266-270)
